1. Eligibility for Returns

• Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• The product must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

• Customized, personalized, or discounted items are non-returnable unless defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

• Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery to aditya.pradiyas@gmail.com.

• Include photos or unboxing video proof for quality verification.

3. Refund Process.

• After approval, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product is defective or incorrectly shipped.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchange for same or similar items of equal value if the returned product meets the conditions above.
